The week of October 18-21 was marked by mobilization focused on the Tribute to the Future Program – New Generations. Either personally or via phone conference, members from different Businesses watched the presentations by the team responsible for the initiative at the Odebrecht Foundation and by Alisson Costa, an adolescent benefited by the program from the Bahia Southern Lowlands. “Involving the youth is a way of strengthening the relationship between those supported and their donors,” said Emanuel Oliveira, responsible for Partnerships and Social Investments at the foundation and Coordinator of the Tribute to the Future actions.

During a one-week period, training was offered to the new Agents of the Future, people who volunteer their time to help influence and raise the awareness of other members so that they can also participate by donating funds or through an income tax-deductible donation. When they do this, they are supporting projects that change the reality of children and adolescents. In the Submarine Development Program (PROSUB), promoted by Construtora Norberto Odebrecht in Rio de Janeiro, the campaign is moving forward full-steam ahead. Priscila Ferrari, a member and the professional responsible for mobilization at the project, talks about how happy she is to be an Agent. “What is most gratifying is knowing that I am helping fulfill the dream of children and adolescents for a better future not just for them, but for the entire family,” said Ferrari.
