In October, different Group Businesses promoted actions designed to mobilize members to participate in the Odebrecht Foundation’s Tribute to the Future Program. The initiative makes it possible to invest funds in projects associated with the essence of Children’s and Adolescents’ Rights.

During the month, members from Odebrecht Oil & Gas, Braskem, Odebrecht Agroindustrial, Bahiamido and Construtora Norberto Odebrecht met, either on-site or remotely to learn about Tribute to the Future and find out whether it is possible to contribute. During these occasions, they watched videos with testimonials from children and adolescents who talked about how the project is changing their lives.

For Tadmor Freitas, Sustainability Coordinator onboard the Odebrecht Oil & Gas NORBE VIII rig: “movements like this one are relevant for everyone to get an in-depth look at the work developed by Tribute to the Future.”

Sâmela Magno, member of the BR 163 highway expansion work currently underway by Construtora Norberto Odebrecht, believes that the main challenge is mobilizing a greater number of people. “Every donation helps ensure that the programs can continue,” she said.
